- Offer cost management insights and recommendations to optimize financial resources.
- Build a data warehouse to assist in ongoing decision-making and business management, ensuring accurate and reliable data analysis.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Maintain accounting controls and cash management processes to ensure financial integrity.
- Ensure business compliance with federal, state, and local codes, including tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Preferred 4 year Bachelor's Degree -Experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the performing arts or entertainment industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.
Tech savvy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the environment.
