- Previous experience in senior care or a nursing home setting is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures is a plus - Ability to provide tube feeding assistance is highly desirable - Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient safety and comfort - Ability to work independently and follow instructions from healthcare professionals - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature - Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or patient needs
