Modern hotel setting We are looking for Housekeepers, and a front desk agent to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, cleaning rooms, cleaning public areas, providing information about the hotel and its services, and ensuring that all guest needs are met, sorting, washing, folding, storing linens, and keeping stock of inventory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Provide information about the hotel and local area.
Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, registration of guests, and shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
Handle credit card, and other forms of payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Assist guests with any needs.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
